Phil is a dedicated professional with over 14 years of experience as a State of Nevada certified residential inspector. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Phil completed a carpentry apprenticeship and became a journeyman carpenter working in Dublin, London, and New York. In the early 1990’s, Phil obtained his general contractors license and completed multiple projects in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. With years of experience as a licensed contractor, he knew his background and knowledge would make him uniquely qualified to inspect homes for his clients. He officially opened Celtic Inspection Services in 2006, and since then he has helped thousands of homebuyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and investors in Northern Nevada with their real estate inspections. Phil is an active member of the NACREI (Nevada Association of Certified Real Estate Inspectors), an affiliate member of the Reno Sparks Realtors Association, and distinguished member of the Northern Nevada Chamber of Commerce.
Phil loves living in Reno with his family, and all of the opportunities for hiking, biking, and off-road adventures this area has to offer. He enjoys meeting new clients and considers it a privilege to assist homebuyers, sellers, and investors with their inspection needs.
Glen was born and raised in Northern Nevada. He graduated from UNR with a degree in Spanish Education and then proceeded to work in the home remediation industry. He has extensive experience working on residential fungus and pest issues with over 10 years in the pest industry, and holds a Nevada Custom Pest Control license with the Nevada Department of Agriculture. Glen also has extensive experience as a home inspector in Northern Nevada and is a certified Inspector of Residential Structures, State of Nevada.
Glen loves the outdoors and serves as a scout leader for a local troop of 11-year old scouts. In his free time, he likes playing board games, wakeboarding, and spending time with his wife, Rachel, and his five children. He has not lost his passion for education and enjoys informing home buyers about their potential home purchase and helping people solve their pest issues.
Carl was raised in Quincy, California. He joined the Air Force at the tail end of Desert Storm and served four years as an Air Launched Cruise Missile Maintenance Specialist. After serving in the Air Force, Carl served three years in the Reno Air National Guard in the Civil Engineering Squadron. During his time in the National Guard, Carl also worked as the plant manager at a gasket manufacturer in Reno. In 2016, Carl joined the Celtic Inspection Services team, obtaining his license in pest control from the Department of Agriculture, and also trained and received his certification as an Inspector of Residential Structures, State of Nevada.
Carl enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and the exploring the great outdoors.
